Will LASA provide equipment for Power Point presentations?

Because of high costs, LASA is unable for 2009 to provide LCD projectors or other accessories for Power Point and related presentations.

What can LASA Provide?

Overhead projectors will be available in all meeting rooms. For Sessions in some Tracks, LASA accepts requests for VCR/DVD players and monitors, and/or for slide projectors.

Sessions in the following Tracks are permitted to request this equipment: Education, Pedagogy and Scholarly Resources; Film and Documentary Studies; Mass Media and Popular Culture; Performance, Art and Architecture: Critical and Historical Perspectives.

All requests from chairs or organizers with accepted sessions in these Tracks need to be sent to lasacong@pitt.edu directly after their proposals have been approved and no later than November 20, 2008.
