Assistant Professor of Spanish Pedagogy

Description:
The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at Loyola College in Maryland invites applications for a tenure-track position in Spanish Language Pedagogy for the 2007-2008 academic year. Teaching responsibilities include elementary language courses which are three credit hours each as well as courses in Spanish Language Pedagogy and Applied Linguistics. Departmental service will include coordination of instructors who teach the first three semesters of Spanish. Also expected to participate in student- and department-related activities. Ph.D. in hand by June 1, 2008. Evidence of scholarly promise and teaching excellence. Starting date: Fall 2008.
