Description:
Position in Cultural Anthropology at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin in Fall 2008. The department is especially interested in candidates with area specializations in Latin America.

Minimum Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a Ph.D. in Anthropology and evidence of excellence in teaching anthropology courses.
Preferred Qualifications:
Leading candidates will show promise of excellence in scholarship, have existing scholarly publications and be prepared to participate in an interdisciplinary scholarly environment. Candidates should also be familiar with Jesuit educational mission.

Applicants must submit a letter of interest with details regarding teaching philosophy and scholarship agenda, a curriculum vitae, and two letters of recommendation.
