| August 23, 2013 | Deadline to renew your LASA membership to be able to submit proposals and travel funding requests. Deadline to request LASA to add participants to the proposal system. |
| September 3, 2013 | Deadline for proposal submissions and travel funding requests to be received |
| November 18, 2013 | Notifications of proposals acceptance/rejection are sent to participants |
| January 17, 2014 | Notifications of acceptance/rejection of travel grant requests are sent to participants (date subject to change based upon availability of funds) |

Deadline for ALL LASA2014 participants to pre-register (failure to pre-register will remove participants from the Program Book and they will not be able to present at the Congress or receive a Certificate of Participation. Additionally, their panel may be cancelled). |
| March 28, 2014 | Deadline to submit changes/corrections for Program Book (no changes will be accepted after this time) |
| April 1, 2014 | Deadline for TRAVEL GRANTEES to submit their electronic paper for conference proceedings and memoirs(lasacong@pitt.edu) |
| May 1, 2014 | Deadline for NON Travel Grantees to submit their electronic paper for conference proceedings and memoirs (lasacong@pitt.edu) |
| May 1, 2014 | Date on which the final Congress Program will be published on the website |
