Description:
The History Department at Assumption College seeks to hire at the rank of Assistant Professor an outstanding teacher-scholar of Latin America, sub-specialty open. The position is tenure-track, starting August 2010. The successful candidate will teach the two-semester Latin American survey, design and teach upper-level courses, participate in the College's Latin American Studies program, and offer courses in one of our three introductory sequences (Western Civilization, World History, or Modern Europe and United States).
