Forum on the Border: A Discussion about the Proposed Fence, Cross-Border Trade and Bi-national Relationships

The event will take place on April 15 from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM; the webcast of the event will be viewable throughout the rest of the April and May at http://www.utpa.edu/dept/internationalprograms/.

The forum will features voices of border communities on the proposed border wall, cross-border trade, and the importance of bi-national relationships. Mayors and business leaders from cities on both sides of the US-Mexico border—including Brownsville, Rio Bravo, McAllen, Reynosa, Laredo, and Eagle Pass— will respond to questions from students and faculty at the University of Texas-Pan American (UTPA).
